We're Going to Disney!!!

So we were talking the other day and realized that we have been on a few trips with Elloree but we have not been on a family trip with just the 3 of us. So in our fashion we sat down and decided we needed to take a few days off and enjoy ourselves at the Happiest Place on Earth....DISNEY!!!!

Ever since we booked our trip we have been so excited. Elloree loves to go window shopping at the outlet mall so we can only imagine how she is going to react to the Disney atmosphere.

But this trip is about so much more. This trip is about our family spending time together in a place that has created so many memories over the years for the 2 of us. And now we get the chance to share the magic with "The Belly".

Stace and I have always daydreamed about what it would be like when we were able to bring our own child to Disney. Well, now we don't have to wonder anymore. We will get to experience everything we have ever dreamed of and more, I'm sure!

We can't wait to see her walking down Main Street USA. Hopping the monorail to EPCOT. And petting the animals at the petting zoo at Animal Kingdom. How is she going to react to Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and the rest of the crew? I can't wait to find out!

So, we are going to leave late Thursday/early Friday morning and return on Monday. Ordinarily we would get a hopper pass so we could go to all of the parks. But, this trip is going to be different. We are going to take our time and truly see Disney through the eyes of a child! We always act like we are kids again when we are there (and Stace tells me I do this at home too) but, this time we will really see the kids side of it! We are going to Animal Kingdom on Friday, Magic Kingdom on Saturday, and EPCOT on Sunday. EPCOT is more for Mum-Mum and Daa but, that's ok.

We only hope we are not that mom standing on Hollywood Blvd yelling at her kid to smile for the camera while they are crying so loud because they are tired and over the park!

But, to our surprise, Elloree can do alot more at the parks than we thought. Pirates of the Caribbean, Aladin's Magic Carpet Ride, and Splash Mountain be ware! Elloree, Mum-Mum, and Daa are on our way!!! OK, maybe not Splash Mountain, we do the drop every night in the comfort of our own home. We can't wait to make these memories! And we know she is not going to remember this trip BUT, WE WILL!

To Stace and Elle, this trip is already a success in my mind. Nothing can change that! The image I have had in my mind from the day Elloree was born is soon to become reality! I know the two of you will be even more beautiful in person than in my dreams when ya'll walk down Main Street hand-in-hand! I love you both and am looking so forward to this trip!
